Leadership Team
Michael Reece, CEO
My goal as CEO of A Solution Inc is to make sure that outpatient mental health services are readily available to everyone in our community. Both adults and adolescents need to have these types of services at their disposal and it is my aim to make that happen. Additionally, being able to provide on-site drug and alcohol counseling and education services in high schools and middle schools across 4 different Tulare County School Districts allows for us to reach a lot of kids who might not normally be provided services like what we offer. The more people our business can help, the better. A Solution Inc employs a very strong staff filled with people who’s #1 goal is to help and care for others.

Jerri Thompson, CADC-II, SAP
Lead Counselor
I began my own personal recovery journey in 1988 which created a passion to carry a message of hope for recovery to others. I love to see the hopelessness turn into hope and the fears into understanding and self-compassion in individuals seeking a new way of life.
I have been providing substance use prevention, codependency education and counseling in addition to trauma informed substance use disorder treatment since 1996. I have witnessed the many changes in this profession which motivates me to continue to build my skills in this ever changing profession.
I believe that through education and understanding about the core issues that drive self-destructive behaviors individuals build the foundation to emotional sobriety.
I enjoy mentoring new substance use counselor interns to elevate the quality of service in this profession.
